The building’s vintage character is preserved throughout, with hand-painted touches and porches featuring swings that invite relaxation. Guests appreciate the quiet atmosphere and thoughtful amenities like coffee makers, snacks, and a clean mini fridge in the rooms.

Customer service is noted as attentive and accommodating, with owners often going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay.

Landmark Inn benefits from an excellent location, just a short walk from Branson Landing mall, downtown Branson, and the Branson Convention Center. This convenient setting allows guests to easily access local dining, nightlife, and family-friendly attractions such as Silver Dollar City and the Titanic Museum, which are popular nearby points of interest.

The property’s modest size and vintage style may not suit those looking for a full-service hotel experience, but it appeals to visitors seeking a cozy, home-like atmosphere with a practical base for exploring the area. The Owners here at the Landmark Inn were very accommodating. I needed to change my reservation and tho I booked it through Travelocity, the owners only charged me for the time that I stayed. Travelocity still charged them for the longer stay price, in which the owners would only break even. I even lost my room key and they were very understanding. They didn't make any profit from my stay. But these folks have my sincere appreciation for the EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I experienced during my stay!

We had the fishing room #3 .Very comfortable homie feeling. They thought of everything and if you forgot something they had it. LOVED the front porch swing and board games. We were able to have family come visit since the porch was so large and extra seating. Can't wait to visit again.

Perfect location! Very clean rooms. Looking forward to booking my next stay at Landmark Inn. I was able to stay two nights here in one of the adorably decorated rooms. Check in was a breeze! The decor of the room I stayed in contained Branson history and added to the charm of my trip to Branson. There were so many thoughtful extras such as a coffee maker with extras for the coffee, the cutest vintage Branson mugs, a few snacks, area attraction information, shampoo and conditioner and even a small first aid kit and extra toothbrush. In addition to the coffee maker, there was also a clean mini fridge. Each room has a newer t.v. with several channels and it was simple to keep the room at a perfect temperature even in mid-August! This room is walking distance to many great restaurants, the Landing, downtown Branson and nightlife is easily accessible as well. The manager of the property shared some history of Landmark Inn. This building used to be the train station and they have intentionally kept a lot of that history alive within the walls at the Landmark Inn. I was able to view a few of the different rooms and the 2-bedroom apartment downstairs. I'm thinking the apartment would be fantastic for any larger gathering as I believe they said it will accommodate 6 or more people (be sure to confirm with host). I was able to drink coffee and catch up on emails on the patio both mornings. Ordered DoorDash for breakfast and walked to dinner. You just can't beat the location, cleanliness, thoughtful details included and communication with the host was top notch. I can't wait to return to Branson and book my next stay at the Landmark Inn.

I loved this hotel! Very nice rooms and comfortable bed. It's off the main strip so there wasn't a lot of traffic to keep me awake and the owners are very friendly and actually opened up 20 minutes after closing t9 let me get a room. I won't stay anywhere else when I go back to Branson.

Cozy little 8 room Motel, with a B and B feel. Built in 1905, it sits on the edge of an 1800's cemetery. Directly across the street from the Branson Landing. Owners are very friendly and live on site. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We loved it here! Super cute, super clean. The owners were so incredibly nice and accommodating. We came in super late and they literally left a light on for us. We wanted to stay an extra day last minute and even though they were booked up, they still did their best to try and squeeze us in. It didn't work out but, the effort was more than appreciated. If we are ever in Branson again, there is no doubt as to where we will stay!

Very cute place. Stayed on the second floor in The Corner Room. It was quiet and clean. It's obviously an older Inn, the porch was wide, too bad it was so cold because they have great porch swings and whatnot outside. The only thing I would fault him for would be two things, first the TV is in an awkward place and you can't see it all in that room, it may be different in another.. And secondly on their outside steps near the bottom they need more light. I slightly tripped going down because the motion light was around the corner. A simple fix for this place would be to paint it with glow-in-the-dark paint some kind of design so it can be seen. It is very close into everything to the downtown area to Branson Landing and to places to eat . on one side there's an old Cemetery, and on the other are railroad tracks so that was really cool too. The owner was very nice so despite the reviews of others we saw no evidence of what they were claiming. The room was very clean, the towels were very nice. The water was hot. I believe we would stay there again.

This place is perfect, wish we could have stayed sooner. These people have went out of their way to make our stay amazing and that's not easy. This is the best location for a stay. The only couple small things are that they are selling and if I could inherit this business it would be a dream come true. You stay right on the river. The rooms are kinda limited but the price and location are spot on. We even stayed an extra night.

This is by far the nicest and cleanest little hotel I've ever stayed in. It's not fancy, but incredibly nice. Every room has a lot of nice hand painted touches and the place is immaculate. A few years back I was performing in Branson and I used to refer everyone to this wonderful place. It definitely feel like a "home away from home", only cleaner than my home. The couple who own it are very friendly and helpful. Don't plan on going there to party and carouse. It's a quiet friendly family place. Treat your room with respect and you will quickly become a preferred customer there.
